Thread: New special cooldown/use

After going on test center today, i noticed that i could not use ranged shot or any other fast "cooldown" moves, well, fast... at all.
Before, when you used a special move, all of your specialswould befilled with the faded black (cooldown timer) and you would be unable to use a special until that cooldown timer had ended, regardless of if other special's cooldown timershad ended (making the fast moves fast and the slow moves slow).
Now, when you use a special, all specials are filled with the same cooldown timer as they had before, however, you are unable to use a special until ALL cooldown timers had ended. Making all specials as slow as the lowest cooldown time special you have.
Is this intended? i dont know, but it makes many moves useless now, people will now just use their slowest, strongest special as much as they can due to the fact that EVERYTHING is the slowest. No more weak but fast specials, no more special variety/choice in what to use other than state/highest damage. picture example

It can't be intended... even the /assist, /peace, and posture change icons shadeout.

I would not think it is intended so I would /bug it in game.
