Thread: its is me or all t21 amde with uber tissues get speed slice

im so mad, i want to suicide
today i buy my set of 11x89 tissues, spended all my money but i was happy, i come to my ws buddy he makes me a t21 and waplam!! 490 max unsliced, il look for 1hour for a smugler and i found 1 that has gotten me good slices inm past, i kneel and pray to slice gods, for nothin, it was poor crap, it got 28% speed slice, and now i am poor and it sux
why?????????/

You all realize that after the CU these won't be useless? No one will be speed capped anymore.

I made mind with 86 dmg tissues got 493 unsliced and got a damn 16% speed slice so for all you whiners out there, LIVE WITH IT!

can anyone tell me what would be a good dmg t21? Mine is 540 max sliced it got a 20% dmg is this any good or should I look for some tissues?

I think 540 is right around the max a weaponsmith can make without using tissue. It was probably made with the best resources available and you will not find any better unless you do go out and find 11 ident tissue with enhanced dmg stats.
540 max is without a power up though. If yours is powered up you could probably buy a better one on your server without going too broke. I think I payed 500k for mine so they are not cheap, but a bargain compared to trying to buy good tissue on the trade boards.
I'd say you have a good rifle, not the best, but better than most.

Had one made with +100 tissues, got a 34% damage slice.. I could not beleive it.. but for me its been the exception more than the rule.. alot of speed slices on good weapons :/
Hit 913 Max damage now with it (with pup)

It was made with krayt tissues, not sure on the dmg and thats un puped btw

It's 50/50. I've gotten damage slices on amazing weapons, I've got speed slices on them as well. Hell, a guy handed me two sets of really good stun composite, first set, ALL low encumbrance slices.

Second one was a mix and match of encumbrance and effect.I personally buy up a bunch of well made, but not completely uber rifles, and slice the crap out of em, I've got a few 600 range guns thanks to it, andsell the speed slices at cost to rifle grinders, to keep the cost down.
Course as people have pointed out, those speed slices may be something people crave after the CU. And of course theyre doing away with speed/damage slicing all together eventually, probably first thing after the CU/ROTW thing gets worked out.
