This post is for sure a complain, but i think it also rise some legit issues, exept for a bit of sarcasm most of the thing here are real feedback about problems that the new action cost brought up.
i don't know why the other post was deleted if this kind of post is not allowed i will like to know why it violates forum rules as, as said, everything here is meant to show the issues of the new action cost.
here the new stats of rifleman post patch

the new action cost is in my opinion ruining all the combat
for even the most basic specials tons of action are required, this make it so after 3-4 shots the char is OOP and to continue the fight he have to await action to recharge.
this have a very bad impact on the game and raise many new issues
speed of weapon for example is ininfluential as the real "speed" of combat is the action regeneration rate (who is the same for all chars regardless of weapon, profession or race)
no more strategy: debuff attacks are now pointless, they use so much action and the effect is applied to so few enemy attacks that they are no more worth
combat is boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooring, it take so long to kill anything and even worse much of this time is spent just looking the action bar to recharge
is impossible to incap any player with some basic healing
DOTs are the only efficent weapons
i think last patch really messed up everything making the game boring and unplayable.....
Level system in my opinion was alredy a plague for PvE, now with this action costs every kind of combat is pointless.
