the damage is nice but it is not sliceable or powerupable

so speed will always be slow and the sac will be ebil very ebil

I think it's better this way. If it was power-up'able with those stats, it would unbalance PvP. In PvE let's be honest, what does it matter if it's 1.3k or 1k damage, ifthe mob is killable, you'll kill it anyway. These weapons are not pvp viable, but can be used in pve for the looks sake if nothing else.

Yeah, the only use for it I see is as an alpha strike rifle. Sniper shot to kick off a fight for a nice little headstart.
