Thread: How good is rifle accuracy while moving?

Does this make much difference?
I have my Rifle Speed cap in a prenerf belt... the belt has +18 Rifle Speed, +13 Melee Defence, +14 Range Defence.
Just got hold of a belt with +24 Rifle Accuracy while moving.
Typical 
Would it be worth trying to swap my belt for a Shirt or Bando with Rifle speed - or does Accuracy while moving not that big a difference?

It does help immensly while kiting. The attachement you have should just about erase the entire moving penalty .

Will that say that if you got 25 to rifle acc while moving you do the same damage as if you were standing still? I got 30 in total from 2 AAs but of course i know that 25 is max.

Well looks like I am gonna have to Cap my speed again.... prob with a Pre-Nerf shirt or something.
It would actually be better, as it is I can't wear a PSG if I want to speed cap. But If I had the accuracy while moving belt equiped I could keep that on while kiting, and then just switch over to a PSG when up close.
I know this is a dumb question - but if I have a +7 speed attachment instead of my +18 - will I really not notice any difference?

i have +25 in two items and i notice the difference with out then equiped.
you only get 10 at master so the more the better.

I personally would rather have your first belt over the second any day. Sure rifle accuracy while moving is handy, but so is melee def and so is ranged def as well as being speed capped. One thing to remember about rifle accuracy while moving also, as far as I know:
Initial accuracy modifier with up to +25 in SEAs
- moving penalty (penalty reduced byaccuracy while moving SEAs)
= accuracy
By increasing your original accuracy with regular rifle accuracy SEAs, you will gain more accuracy (including when moving) than accuracy while moving SEAs (which only apply when you are moving).
You'd be giving up 14 ranged defense so you'll be getting hit more yourself and will have less "misses" and you may be giving up a +18 in speed which "could" be very useful after the CURB. I would recommend liquidating the new belt to someone else with less invested in a nice belt and buying some accuracy SEAs...just my $.02 though.

Man I would love a +24 while moving. I already have a +8 speed on my Comp Gloves
