Thread: +18 Speed down to +7 Speed.... will I notice a difference?

I know that we cap at +97 Rifle speed, but before I invest some more cash I need to confirm something.
I currenty have +18 Rifle Speed in a Pre-Nerf Belt. Thinking of getting a Rifle Speed +7 Bando to enable me to use a PSG and also to use a +24 Rifle Accuracy While moving belt I have... for when I am running half then length of Dath being chased by a NS Elder 
My question is, will I really not noticedifference any difference in speed on my T21 if I switch from +18 speed to +7 speed?
I just wanna make sure I have grasped what I have read in the FAQs on speed capping.... before I spend another 7mil.
I am pretty new to Rifles - be kind!

Unless your T21's speed is 10, you should be ok with just +7

+7 should do it. but instead of spending 7mil on a bando, why not simply grind out 2 or 3 boxes of melee speed (gives ranged speed as well - dont ask me why). and have the opportunity to wear a BE bando as well.
