is there anything wrong ? i mean.. at all? for pvp, theres also 4 points left over but idk what happens to them.
if somethnig gets to close, you pop out a baton and beat it down, if they run or you start ranged, you simple drain their mind pool.
you can med any wounds off, you have p-boost warcry2 and intimidate2.
any suggestions on somthing else to pair with rifels to keep it balenced?

yes. there is something missing. medic. you get hit with a dot and your screwed.

what he said and the fact that you should probably drop fencer for master marksmen(hit speed cap) andmedic(atleast 0040 to use stim d's--im 2240 and i have healed my self 2000 damage one time, also you can get some decent 33MU heal state packs if your 0040 med). If you want to hold onto fencer then drop master brawler and get 0040 medic or something(i havent calculated the SP but you might be able to do it.).

Drop fencer to 4400 cause you WILL be intimidated and you WILL be dizzied so why bother w/ the def vs them.
Master Fencer only if you actually have an uber Stun Baton but they still suck vs stun comp, steak and psg's
Drop Master brawler, yes Int2 is wonderful but Int1 will suffice since you will need like at least medic 0030... B's SUCK, they only delay your death, C's will actually keep you going and alive.
Try this:
Master Rifleman
4400 Fencer
TK 4300 (more kd defense)
Medic 3340 (can even use stimD's with that)
