I have master rifleman/master marksman for a rifle speed of +95 and a +4 rifle speed shirt for +99. I am attacking Krayts using Strafe 2 with a 6.6 speed T-21. I am only hitting every 2 seconds. I tried equiping and unequiping the shirt it did nothing. My skill window show +95/+99. Anyone else had an iddue like this?

Its the only mod in the shirt. And I was watching the combat log. Only shooting every 2 seconds. I took off all his clothes, logged him out and tonight when I get back on I'll test it again.
This has me completely confused. I was strafeing every second yesterday, not working otday.

There was an OLD bug that didn't allow mods to be applied until you unequipped, logged, and reequipped.... but that was well over a year ago...

I've seen it recently where my polearm accuracy AA is missing from its piece of armor when I log in. The armor has 2 empty slots when I look at it and I don't see the skill mod listed. Both times this has happened I thought I picked the wrong shoulder piece so I unequiped it and BAM! there it was back in the armor and the shoulder piece had only 1 open slot left.
Accuracy isn't as obvious as speed, so I couldn't tell you if it was working even though it wasn't listed.
All my other skill tapes work fine, it is only the AA I have problems with. I just considered it a good joke by the devs, serves me right for looking like a dork with only one shoulder pad on
.
Could this be happening to you?

You said you were fighting krayts? They can be quite laggy when up in your grill and it will slow you down because of the lag. Try it against something that doesn't take up your whole screen and using super attackes.

on the attachment that went into the shirt was the rifle speed the highest mod? Just curious cause you do know that onlythe highest mod sticks right? And in a case of 2 mods having the same number the first one is the one that stick.

The animation is pretty long on strafe 2 are you sure your actually only attacking every 2 sec or just that the strafe2 animation only plays every 2 sec?
I have +97 speed and my 7.4 speed T-21 attacks every second using strafe2 or any other rifle skill for that matter.

Well it was two days since I was able to log on. Went and tested speed cap against Axkva this morning. I had logged out wearing no clothes for 2 days (2 server resets) I reequipped all my clothing and armor. Skill window shows +95/+99. I am still only shooting every 2 seconds.
Funny how 1 solo Swordsman was able to outdamage myself and another swordsman for the KS.
Submitting a ticket right now.

Well here it is. I opened a ticket and here was my response from CSR-SpencerS.
"I understand your concern towards the situation, Since Strafe shot 2 is a master special, it requires more time between. 1.0 second delay connot be obtained for that special. Some specials take more time over other. It's not a bug but a game design, thank you for contacting us and have a nice game play."
And he closed the ticket.
So can other people heere still strafeshot2 every second?

Make sure you have Time Stamp on so it tells you when you are firing. If you haven't already...

See your other thread, Adie. It's your macro that's the culprit.
