I wonder what I should go more for..speed or poison power.

I'm asking for speed since I think it's more important, I did well as 2004 before in cm

what speed rifle, and what shots? I would not use HS3 at all, use HS2, in any case.

T21 in PvP is worthless w/o master, a lot of Masters don't even use them. I would go for a Krated Imp formfitted scoped E11. use HS2 also , you will get ahigher dps becuase of speed issues than HS3
