Well since my pre cu T21 isnt gonna help me anymore which of these two rifles would you use?

Stats are modded with MR/MM/MP plus a wide range or seas.No ranged fs skills. I was speed capped pre cu not sure what the cap is now

A) Advanced Laser Rifle

B) Advanced Laser Rifle

I have gotten many different thoughts on whether dps is the best way to determine a weapon or not. Assuming it is then B would be the logical choice. A has 200 more damage on the top end but is a bit slower and has zero accuracy bonuses. I use 22% action cost reducer pups which also lose 6 to accuracy so again B would be the best option all around.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

Oh and also, rifle A is a pre cu looted weapon that was slice to 766 max dmg unpupped. Does the convertion look to be correct on it?
