Has anyone noticed that you break out of cover if you use aim?
Aim and concealed shot would actually be a good thing.

Yup. It's annoying. 
You can't really use concealshot more than once or twice most times anyway. If you're fighting something you're going to have a hard time hitting, you probably should have brought friends along anyway, thus you're probably not using /cover because friends will give you away.
Aim provides a nice accuracy boost, but doesn't seem to add enough to give any extra damage that I've noticed.
Does make it a darn sight easier to hit a master defender though.
