I recently bought a piece of clothing that gavea + 6 to two skills: Cover and Taking Cover. Now I know we get Cover skill bonuses in the concealment tree and the tooltip states that it modifed the chances of successfully taking cover. I check my skill mods and the tooltip on the Taking Cover skill and it states that it protects us from enemy notice and attack. Also, in my skill mods there are 2 numbers seperated by a /. I'm a 2/1/1/1 in the Rifleman tree and my skill mod forCover is 20/26 and Take Cover is 0/6. Can someone explain to me why there are two numbers?Also, I'm assuming that Taking Cover improves your defense bonuses while you are in a covered state. If so, shouldnt we be getting additional bonuses to Taking Cover as we go up the concealment tree?
