Thread: stealth nerf in todays patch rifle xp
one example, last night i killed maulers around my pa for 300 xp, today, i kill those same maulers for 1xp, i switch to my flamer and wow 600 xp, what's up with that? i'm a master commando and only a 3000 rifleman.......we're getting robbed here.

Negative. You get full XP for killing something even with mind bleeds, as long as you do SOME non-bleed damage to it.
are you saying you got 1 xp point for the mauler? not 1k?
is your weapon degraded to 0 condition? ( though i don't know how you'd kill anything with it).
i've also seen this happen when you use a weapon that has no armor piercing bonus (same ap as mob's av)against a creature that has 100% resists to that damage type. but, that's extremely unlikely for a mauler.
Once you gain enough skill with a weapon, the same mobs will give you less XP, down to 1XP. Not sure if that's what's happening to you...but it does happen.

nah havent reached my cap, but my T21 is down to about 70 condition and it's on it's third repair...doh
