T21 does energy damage

Its armor piercing heavy, energy damage with 30% wound chance


A good one should be floating around 7.0 speed with about 360ish damage max unsliced.



Currently on Bloodfin, the best t21 maker is Blammo...


365 max dmg


30% wound


66 mind cost


+9 at 50m


+10 at 64m


Anyone Riflemen better scoop these up fast... who are on bloodfin.. These are the best rifles since Nox quit the game after making his last batch of Nox "Boomstick" T21's... The server average is around 340 damage with 77 mind cost with crappy accuracy mods...
