I'm going to have flushing 2 in the next few hours of gameplay. I've been listening to peoples suggestions regarding using Conceal Shot to solo piket lairs, WOW, was I ever impressed with the xp i got. I'm going to have the XP to train flushing2 sooner than I expected, so here goes:

1. Does flushing2 work best in a group, or can u solo with it?

2. If you plan to solo with it, is a pet a necessity?

3. Can your average non-CH pet (say a kahmurra with 2200 HAM) hold the aggro of 3 mobs while you're AE blasting them? Or do the mobs in the AE radius just target you mostly?

I have seen partial answers to these questions but no real discussion. Thanks.

I do not use Flushing 2 solo unless i have pet. Without a pet it is suicide. While it is great in a group setting be careful at what is around your target so that you dont pull an additional mob on you and your group.

As for creatures i use a klicknick Defender 7.5k ham AR1. this 1-1-0-0 creature allows me to take on graul lairs. Just have the pet attack the nest and pick off grauls at your leisure. I did this today and my pet never got below 50%.

For a non CH pet a rock beetle should let you lay waste to rontos, dune banthas, Squills, and even Dragonets if you have a high dmg rifle.

You will need a pet to tank if use flushing 2

as the cone effect will cause a group aggro on you if you try them solo.

also if a creature spawns and is not aggroed by your tank , and happens to be in the the cone effect of flushing 2 the creature will aggro on you.

flushing 2 works great in groups stand back spam flushing 2 watch the xp roll in.

you may find your self running around more as you try and get the best line up for flushing 2 . (meaning you want as many creatures as possible in your cone area)

another thing to note is that the cone effect stops at weapons max range so be sure you you are close enough in to be hitting all targets as anything that lies out of the weapons max range will not be hit.

of note: also do not forget the 3 free shots you get while laying prone . although this sometimes has the effect of alerting targets close to you and having them agro on you.

Thx for the responses!

I don't understand 3 free shots while prone? Is that one of flushing2's abilities? Or do you simply mean the approximate time it takes for a creature to get up and aggro me?
