Hola, I made master a few days ago and am having a terrible time finding a passable T21. I know they're rare, and I know it's gonna cost me a small fortune. If anyone knows any weaponsmiths, people who have a spare, or NPCs known to drop them, I'd like to know. Or any tips at acquiring what one needs for crafting a good one would work as well. I'm on Bria by the way Thanks in advance for any advice.
