Thread: what are the rifle speed and uccuracy cap?

Can someone informe or give me a link for the curent cap in rifle speed and uccuracy while moving. Sory for my newby question and for my bad english. Some more info about how works the poison and deseases tapes will be nice

I can shoot master head shot with my speed t21 every sec. So i think 1 second is the speed cap.

All weapons have a 1 second speed cap.
Accuracy cap... who knows. The amount of accuracy we have is limited more by the fact we can only have +25 in clothing mods.

So as master need tapes or atachments with rifle speed and ucuuracy while moving and how many?
if there is link with official info pls tell me

With just Master RIfleman, you need an additional +10 in skill tapes tohave a speed of 100, which would grant a 100% speed reduction, therefore ensuring that you fire at the speed cap, regardless of the special or weapon.
It is my belief that Rifle Accuracy While Moving tapes do not work, but I may be mistaken. You would be better off getting Rifle Accuracy tapes.
