As far as I know the + Rifle Aiming Skillmod only comes into play when you use the /aim command and adds to your accuracy.. Although +9 is a nice bonus for a single skilltape I guess it depends on how often you use the /aim command. Personally I wouldn't pay 1mil for it.. under 100k I might think about it. I rarely use /aim in PVE and since defence Stacking isn't so much of a problem anymore I haven't used it a lot in PVP either.

I looted a rilfespeed +7, thats pretty good ?

Riflespeed +7 huh? Meh.. not bad.. I'll give you 100 credits and a CDEF Rifle for it?

I saw a rifle speed 7 tape go for 4 million at auction a while back. Surely keep it if you are master rifle, it is invaluable.
