I was thinking how gay it is how a novice rifleman uses headshot 2 and hurts his mind for 100 dmg and then a master rifleman uses headshot 2 and hurts his mind for 100 dmg you gotta think wouldnt it take less mind away from you if you were a master??.I think they should implant it for EVERY profession so one of the 4 rows has something called like rifle skills or something that meens you get used to usinga rifle,and costs less mind to do a special.Carbines could really use this.

So i guess nobody cares that amaster rifleman has the same mindcost as a total noob?
