Should I have made with 4 +39 Tissues? (assume that'll be 3 + 1 for a factory run ).

WoW!
Well if your going for pvp put them ina jawa ion rifle.
Otherwise put it in either laser, disrupter or beserker. (energy/acid/heat)

Hmm, well +39 isn't all that great, afterall, they are only 9 points more than base stat tissues. But, nonetheless, tissues are awesome. Some people suggested using them on a Jawa Ion or DXR-6; unfortunately that is impossible, you need 6 tissues for those rifles. Here is the list of rifles and their required number of tissues:
- Tusken Rifle - N/A
- Spraystick - N/A
- DLT20a - 1
- E11 - 1
- SG82 - 3
- Bowcaster - 4
- Laser Rifle - 4
- Jawa Ion Rifle - 6
- DXR-6 - 6
- T21 - 11
With only four I'd suggest putting them ina laser rifle.

Thanks eventually found a WS to help me and found out as your say laser was only real option. So got a nice Laser made

weaponsmith told me u need 7 tissues for a jawa. 6 for rifle, 1 for schematic for factory. true?

No, for the laser rifle it requires 1 for the schematic and3 for the power handlers. For the Jawa it's 1 for the schematic and5 for the power handlers.
