OK...that was a grind..hehe. Finally made it to master, now how to use the skills in PvP. Have been playing since August, but extremely little PvP play. I want to change that and would apreciate any advice on things such as weapons, tactics, specials, and templates for macros. Thanks for your help!

Anyway, as for tips: You'll need money. Lots of it. Get yourself some really nice composite, preferably stunlayered. Fight with buffs on. Buy some good BE'ed brandy (400+ buff), lots of muon, and lots of vagnerian canape. Get a krayted T21 if possible (they're expensive as hell), and a krayted jawa. This is gonna be costing ya about 10 million total probably. I financed this with enraged rancor missions solo (CH/Rifleman it's easy as pie, but you'll need at least 2 more people to pull them off the mission terminals) then selling the meat, as well as a few nice loot drops off of Nightsisters (which, aside from the few who are immune to everything but kinetic, blast, and restraint, which riflemen can't do, are easy to solo as well), and some stuff out of the Geo cave. Hunting for organics in places where, like Dath or Dant, you can pull well-paying missions as well will work too. But you'll need lots of money.

After that, you just use either strafe2 or hs3 with either a T21 or Jawa, depending on armor or not, and HAM levels. If you can afford to spend the points, get some KD defense somewhere (or thakitillo), I got mine in pistoleer, and Ranged support IV for suppressionfire. Then, on those who don't have heavy defenses against it, use flurryshot followed by suppressionfire to dizzy/KD them. That's about all there is to it.

Hmmm...very interesting. Do you think the dxr-6 is worthless in PvP? I find it handy in PvE. I do more damge and have significantly faster speed.

Getting a krayted DXR would be incredibly expensive. And energy and acid are protected equally by composite, so you might as well go for the T21, which can get higher damage since you can (and have to) put more tissues in it. Also, if you get about +5 rifle speed in some tapes, you'll be firing at the speed cap regardless. That's gonna be my next investment...

Suprised you haven't used in in PvP yet. Weapons: if they have any armor at all Jawa Ion rifle is the only choice. Get a damage sliced krayt one. The main attakcs you will use are HeadShot3, StrafeShot3, and SniperShot. No Macros needed cept maybe to switch to your other profs weapon and toolbar. Good templates are rifeman/master combat medic, rifleman/master doc, rifleman/master fencer, rifleman/master tka. With a little extra thrown in depending on the template. Medic for the latter 2 and fencer for the first two and last one.

Tactics: analyze their HAM pools, their class. What armor do they have on, what weapon is equipped, what title do they have and what profession masteries do they have? Against melee, kite them and if they are buffed use HeadShot3, if not use Strafe2, dont worry about them healing if they aren't buffed and have somewhere around 400/400/1100 hams. Strafe2 will kill faster than they can heal. Snipershot for DB you don't even have to get in range. As for other rifleman, cm, or doc, or buffed players: Master head shot. Stim yourself constantly. And keep on the move.

I think Flushingshot2 can be very useful as well for the stun effect, may very well reduce damage from other riflemen, if you feel you have time to use it.(well if you can land the stun its good in many situations-seems effective to me)
