Greetings, Rifleman community
I recently finished TKM (whoo!) and want to try out Rifleman. Right now, I'm 0/0/0/1 (the combat XP from TKA carried over I guess) and have been using a 1.3 46-240 Spraystick to kill Savage Quenkers while buffed. My question to you all that've done, or am doing this profession is, should I continue hunting these with the same rifle? Or should I switch rifles and perhaps hunt a different game? Many thanks in advance

I didnt do quenkers but that seems to be the popular creature around here.I have fought quenkers and I can see why this is cause they give you alot of ep and are not very powerfull. I didnt use the spraystick at all. I am a wookie so I had the bowcaster which is probably the best gun until you can get the laser. I would go withthe laseruntil you get abilities 2 or 3, then get a t-21. If you can shell the money out for one, I would get the dxr-6b. The acid damage really comes in handy. You could also get the Jawa, but for pve leveling, you could do without it and be ok.

. I have a 6.1 79-446 Laser Rifle, do you think that would suffice?

I would keep doing what you're doing, but use a laser rifle, perhaps switching to the spraystick when they get in your face. Then trade in the laser for a t21 as soon as you get abilities 3. It'll still be a little slow, but still well worth using.
Savage quenkers are what I am hunting, as they give decent xp, but can't incapacitate if you are buffed. So, I would say stick with them if you can stand hunting the same thing over and over again.

If you're hunting quenkers, get in a very large group, that way you get higher level quenker missions, they pay only a little bit more (maybe 300-400 credits) but depending on your group size, alot more quenkers will spawn per lair, i did this and i was getting 6 quenkers per spawn (that's 18 all together) and the savage quenkers were giving up rougly 4000xp, so 18 x 4 = 72000 exp, including the lair which is an average of 3000, you're getting 75000 exp per lair (not counting the babies >=( ), but still a nice little number.

Yeah that is a pretty good one, better stats than mine.

Nah, on your way up, try to get all the rifles and experiment with them. Use like four different kinds.
