Where is the certification for the disruptor rifle? I'm close to buying one and am curious how long I'll have to wait to use it. I am currently 1 0 0 1. Thanks.

Also, I was curious if counter sniping is really worth it at my low level? I just got to 2 0 0 1 and have been working under the impression that the sniping and combat xp trees were the goldmine to this proff. Do you guys think it'd be better to pick up counter-sniping last. Or if I'm all together wrong on this, is there a better way to master the proff?

heh go concealment last well except for the first box for concealshot, then go up counter-sniping to atleast counter 3

at counter 3 you get flushingshot 2 it is 4x damage multiplier AoE shot that stuns, best shot until you master and get strafe2 which is sometimes questioned between the two shots which is better.

Also, at least the last time I looked, it was a virtual certification. They have not added it to the tree yet, but it works as if it was there.
