Got my hands on a Laser Rifle, Skill Mod Rifle Speed 12, Steady Aim Bonus 10, Medium Armor Piercing
Attack Speed 6.4, Damage 11-345
Damage Over Time Poison, Attribute: Health Strength 78, Duration 67's Potency 98%

if it was a t21 or the damage was better, or the poison was stronger, it might be worth something... the rifle speed mods are nice and all, but; i would rather use my 200-670 6.9 t21 at a bit lower speed, seeing as it has much better dps
