Thread: Fixing Surprise Shot

I would really like to see Surprise Shot fixed, my idea is this.

Must be under cover to fire, if that can't be coded that is fine we will find another solution to keep it equal.

Ideally I would like it to be able to be only shot as a leading shot, as in the shot that initiates combat, and it should do 4.5x dmg to one random pool on one target. Time: 4.0

Shouldn't be able to fire it more than once on a target. Just trying to throw stuff out there, I don't think we are due for a complete revamp, or need one at all, we just need little fixes here and there. We are infantry, high dmg, low states, low defense.

To my knowledge the "Alertness" mod doesn't do anything at all. I was always under the impression that it was supposed to conteract some type of side-effect of Surprise Shot.

There's some nice room for creativity there...
