Hmm, fencer and tk give nice benefits and good melee defences and state defences, both are excellent choices. Master brawler gives intimidate 2 which can be very helpful on occasion, but I might be more tempted to go master marksmen as that will literally double your rifle damage output at master.

the bigger question would be do you intend to do Player vs player(PvP) or Player vs Enemy(PvE) if pvp then fencer/tk mix will be more of benefit to you. if PvE you might find Swordsman is more effective for you as it allows you another damage type blast + it allows you to target the head just like rifleman can so you can continue to attack the same pool.
