Now that Waste is the Correspondent, we need to decide how long we should wait before we start criticizing his work, his dedication, his mother, his farther, and any wookiee relatives he has. After all, all new correspondents aregiven some time to get into the job, but this really is more to allow time for the conspiracy theories tofully develop(e.g., "He was really more interested in becoming a Jedi," or "You know, I think I saw Waste running around with a Scatter Pistol...you do not suppose he is really a BH pretending to be a Rifleman just to get us nerfed do you?," or my personal favorite, "You know, I heard Waste was a plant all along. He is really one of the Devs. That is why we cannot get any changes made. He is just there to keep us down.").

We need to decide how long we are going to give him our support before we turn on him, as is tradition.

Okay, in case you have not noticed, that is sarcasm. I just wanted to point out that, as a Correspondent,there are going to be things that Waste will be aware of that he is not at liberty to discuss. That may includeevennegative changes that are being discussed in the Correspondent's forums that he is forbidden to bring out to the community. There may be things that he decides the community is behind that some of us, on an individual level, may not be. And God forbid that he may dare to the time tohave an actual life.

The point is, he is our Correspondent and deserves our respect and appreciation even when we do not necessarily agree with him. He does not deserve criticism because the Devs are doing things that we do not like, nor does he deserve to be criticized when it is apparent he may know something he cannot talk about.

Let's agree now to help him, not create issues that may make him wonder why he ever bothered taking the position to begin with.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather...
to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming: "WOW - What a ride!"
