I had some problems last night on TC and wanted to know if it was a bug or something else. While in combat, everytime I started advanced sniper shot and it finished the windup, nothing happened. I didnt shoot, didnt cause damage. If I started the combat with this attack before the otherguy attacked, it worked. Is the other player shutting down this special via the windup? Or is it a bug?

I had similar problems, altough I found it with any command that needed a warmup. Part way through the warm up I'd get some sound effect and the toolbar icon would flash with a red surround, then the warm up would just stop. No message was given as to why it was failing - well if I was standing and tried sniper shot it would act the same as above but would say "- Wrong posture -", then when I went prone it would still fail, but not give a reason.

Master Rifleman with frog based T21.
Tried with sniper shot, cover up, suppression fire (carbineer) and once when cover up did work I tried conceal shot which then failed too.

All /bug'd in game.

Yep it seems to be broken. I tested extensively in PvE but it wouldnt work.

Valetman suggested it might be LOS problems. Anyway /bug it.

I post them as well but the more who do it with specifics the faster they can track down the bug.
