I was out yesterday killing NS and tested both my T21 with 104 sac and ALR with 88 sac. I don't think it made much of a difference, I drained action just as much with both guns.

What is your experience with action costs on weapons? To me it looks like it is much more valuable to get a high action regen with food spice than it is to get a low sac weapon.

I am pretty sure that action is is not sac on weapon x modifier (ie a 150 sac weapon draining twice as much as a 75 sac weapon). Might be on a diminishing return scal or possibly a fixed action cost and not multiplier (sac on weapon + fixed action cost for special)

But I have heard other having different experience. Anyone made any extensive testig with action costs?

I would agree - higher regen with food and buffs is more important then low action cost weapons unless you are in a place where the combat is none stop.

Places I would use lower action weapons

  • mydrill cave

  • DWB

  • Corvette
