Let me get this straight. I'm a novice rifle, and I'm looking at all our specials and comparing to other MMORPGs.

2 stacking dots against the most important pool,
DD against the most important pool
De-taunt DD (/conceal shot).
Good AE attack
Minor CC (Dizzy, not sure how to qualify)

Yet people complain? This looks like a great 'casting class', at least to me.

Start levelling rifleman and you will also notice the problem. Yea sure.. pure damage dealing we're great in the right situation. But once you start getting hammered by warping mobs, experience the bad accuracy and huge ham costs you will understand the complaints.

-> Again good, but at a cost. You won't be spamming these nonstop.

-> Currently bugged so not as good as it sounds.

-> Yes.

-> Dizzy isn't great. The shot itself is good but not for its Dizzy component.
