I have been testing the CU on TCEP3 and recently picked up 4004 Rifleman. While using Sniper Shot in PVP earlier today I noticed that the special winds up but then nothing happens. The target is not moving out of range (Rooted) and I have a clear view to him yet nothing happens. The same thing happens in PVE as well but seems a bit shotty - works sometimes and not others. Anyone else experience this?

Is sniper shot bugged? i havent been able to get it to work for a week or 2

yeah, true it must be flat ground, but what appears to be flat ground may not always be. does the camp thing work with conceal shot and cover always? i mean, if u camp can u cover conceal shot indefinitely?

Rifleman Bugs.
That list is from 7th of May.

And shock of shocks, most are still bugged. Including snipershot.
