I have been a MBH/MRifleman for a while. Today I respected, giving up all of Rifleman and just leaving MBH.

I noticed when hunting today, that my damage was drastically lower than usual.

I was hitting for around 1500-2000 damage with critical shot on Bolsbefore, but only about 800-1000 now.

I'm thinking that it's either because of lower Rifle accuracy, or a lower DPS average on my rifle. I know that having higher accuracy gives a dmg bonus, but surely not that much.

Anyone else noticed this?

Your right. Oddly enough, accuracy=damage now. The higher your accuracy, the higher your damage. Accuracy has almost nothing to do with hitting or missing now.

mostly correct - accuracy does affect your chance to hit as well but it affects damage result more.

Accuracy > defence = increased damage

Accuracy < defence = lessened damage

Accuracy = defence = base damage

of course this is also modified by level differences forapproximately every 1 level above you drop about 5% damage for every level below you (does not show until two levels lower ) 5% increase
