Rifleman Archive

Before I start, I know this is kinda off-topic, but it has relevance to the Rifleman skill.

Is the Swordsman skill tree worth 'climbing'? The only thing I'd use it for is to save my @$$at Melee Range. I already have Two-Handed Head hit, should I keep progressing.

I looked at the Swordsman Skill tree and it doesn't seem worth it. What do you guys think?

At the very least, you should get to specialist level to get the area attack. It does high damage, and can wipe out large numbers of white con mobs in one attack. It is extremely useful when you've been aggroed or if you are destroying a lair and a bunch of defenders pops.

I wanted to add that I initially was going to stop at specialist, but have found the sword to be so useful, I'm probably going to go up at least part of the swordsman tree as well.
