I'm in the marksman tree and I've made rifleman3. Where do you suggest I hunt?

I sugguest Rori with squalls or Mos Taike, Tatooine for all types of Banthas. It is best if you have pistol 4 or carbine 4 so you can bleed them and then switch to your rifle. If you just bleed the mob and switch to rifle without firing a normal shot of your carbine/pistol all the Xp will go towards rifle.
