From what ive seen, it doesnt hurt their mind at all.....I cant hit for much dmg, but it does alot to my mind:/ Can somebody explain?

Mind Shot is a DOT. The initial shot will not do any damage. However you will notice that when you hit you are informed of how many points you hit for.

This is the no that will be taken each "Tick". e.g If you use mindshot2 and hit for 850, no damage will be immediate. the next tick 850 will be removed from their Mind pool. Then the same the next tick. This will continue for about 2 mins i believe.
