Get a T21 that has been sliced for speed. Or a Laser Rifle. They should do much more damage than your Jawa.
As for targets it depends on if you are going solo or have someone to tank for 'ya. Quenker missions should be ok. Just try to avoid targets that do deathblows for now.
Also get buffed and use foods if you are wearing armor. Though I would recommend dumping the bone armor and replacing it with some other kind.

Get a good Laser Rifle max damage 500+, and use headshot 2. I recommend quenkers, unless you have a high resist set of ubese (kinetic) and some med skills (with buffs and food for mind) and go for huurton stalkers.
