Alright I am new at these skill taps and armor attachments. First off, what is ca/aa or what ever the abreviations are. I have seen them and i figured out they have to do with skill taps and armor attachments ...but ca? wouldn't it be st and aa ...
Well, with that embarrassing question out of the way, lets move on.
I have an armor attachment mod that increases rifle accuracy +2. I put it on my left bracer and looked at my rifle accuracy. To my ammazement it said "Rifle Accuracy 57/(+56)" or something like that...
Why? It said +2. What does +2 really mean.
Also, is there a cap for Rifle Accuracy? I have decided that at master riflemen with a speed of 90, who really cares about shooting that much faster. I need to be able to hit the target if they are a fencer/tka/pistoleer or what ever with a uber dodge.
Does my plan of going really high in accuracy sound? Is it a good idea?
Thank you for any and all help.

Hiya,
I will open by saying the ca means clothing attachment... and as for the accuracy modifier, the +2 should actually add a +2 to the skill. If this is not what is happening you need to send in a ticket about a bug. As far as the accuracy, there is no cap that I know of... I might be wrong on that part though. I have not investigated accuracy too much because of my current tactics... which leads me to the answer of your last question.
In my opinion, speed is more important that accuracy because of the high natural speed of rifles. 90 sounds really nice, but the way speed is calculated in this game is based on percentages... with that said a 95 will literally shoot twice as fast as a 90. Here is an example.
T21with 90 spd compared to 95 spd
Base Spd of T21: 7.4
Head Shot 3: 2x spd multiplier
7.4x 2 = 14.8
14.8 base... you then multiply it by the decimal representative of the percentage... 90% better speed means that only 10% of it remains... which turns into .10
14.8 x .1 = 1.48 You fire with a 90 spd every 1.5 seconds roughly.
95 Spd would bring that to 5% which would be .05
14.8 x .05 = .74 Speed caps at 1 so you fire every 1 second.
After that is accomplished, you then can worry about adding accuracy. With my current tactics though, my master rifleman accuracy suffices fine. I never enter battle without citros snocake in my system... I always open with intimidate... then stun... then pound away at them. I miss maybe one out of ten shots against a stacker when I do that. Hope this helps ya...

at master Acc is not that importent i have to agree that a few extra points in speed can go a long way.

AA= Armor attachment(must be placed into a piece of armor with available sockets)
CA= Clothing attachment(must be placed into a piece of clothing with available sockets)
Note that while backpacks may have sockets, they do not accept either of these attachments at this time

If you have equipped something with an accuracy +2 mod, you should see this in your ctrl+S window: (Rifle Accuracy- X/(X+2). For example: Rifle Accuracy- 55/(57).
Though a +2 in accuracy will surely help, there will not be any noticeable difference. If you were to fire 1000 shots with it and another 1000 without it and compare the combat logs, you may see a slight difference, but it won't be worth mentioning. If you find a +10 or +25 however, that can make a noticeable difference at your level(and even at Master!
)As for an accuracy cap, I believe we currently get +160 at Master Rifleman, so if you add the maximum +25 for Rifle Accuracy SEAs(Skill Enhancing Attachments- either CAs or AAs) and the maximum +25 from Rifle Accuracy While Moving SEAs, you could potentially have +210 Rifle Accuracy(Only while moving. While stationary, you would 'only' have +185).
Also remember that Citrus Snow Cakes add to accuracy, so buying some crates of that may be cheaper than hunting down a bunch of SEAs. Another trick is to grab the first box in the Ranged Support line of the Marksman tree. With the /aim command, you can get a boost in accuracy when you really need it(by sacrificing a turn of combat). /aim should be stackable up to three times. Also, you should know that DXR-6bs tend to have a much higher accuracy rating 'built-in' to them than most other rifles. Using one to land an initial Stun on your opponent with Flushingshot 1 or 2(lowers defenses greatly and attack slightly) may be enough for you.
While +90 speed at Master is good, it won't be enough if you PvP or intend to have to compete for looting rights in PvE. If neither of those things are for you, don't worry about it too much. More speed is always nice(up to +97), but not completely necessary for casual PvE. But believe me- if you PvP, you will stay alive much longer with +95 speed than with +90 and even longer with +97 speed than with +90 or +95.
And I do like your plan of going really high in accuracy
