Thread: Do the stats stack?

As I am soloing on my Rifleman journey, I think my best bet would be to go up the concealment tree first, for the cover and ranged defense, then the Sniping tree, then finish up the rest. My noob question is, do the numbers like +20 on this or +10 on that add up, so that let's say at Concealment 4 I have Cover +80, Ranged Defense +40, etc.

Everything will stack except for Block/Dodge/Counterattack. That +Cover would I guess, but it's not found anywhere else, so you don't have to worry about that 
As for which is the best way to progress, I recommend the second line last. You may pick up the first box for Concealshot if you want it, but the Sniping line and Counter-Sniping line(up to box three for CS) are far more important than the last three boxes of Concealment.
Cover isn't really useful right now, so don't get too crazy with it
