I saw this on the BH forums.


Can anyone on TC post the new rifleman skill tree... mainly what abilitie you get, and weapons certs

eyeshot and torso shot have been moved. lightning rifle cert seems to be in the 2nd box.

also notice the accuracy while moving mod is gone..seems we aren't allowed to play with kites anymore

Did I just see concealment from radar!! That would be a dream, we've talked about it so much it seems. I might go back to my original build 2 years ago and do rifleman/ranger. What fun...

most specials have a windup now. If you move during the windup phase the action is cancelled. So kiting is effectively out. (some lower level skills have no windup )

yes you did see radar concealment


you must be prone but you can still crawl


it turns you translucent to yourself and others can't see you


it breaks if someone comes within 15m of you.
