Thread: T21 Nerf? Pistols have a greater damage per second.

The armour 3 T21 is NOT out of line with the damage even PISTOLS are doing. PISTOLS can use meds to constantly HEAL and shoot. You MUST compare the values of ENLESS PISTOL specials, with the TEMPERARY rifle specials damage. Once mind runs out your DONE, but a pistoller just hits heal and keeps going. The (incredibly best case) 5000 damage figure is against ARMOR 0 creatures. Mostly the larger creatures have armor values of 2-3 the T21 damage is VERY sane in practice against these creatures. SINCE even with armor 3 your taking about 12 long delay shots to kill them. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE you will RUN OUT OF MIND. Just got to ENDOR and try and solo a red con creep with a T21, it runs up to you and you die, every time.

The rifleman asked for 5 corrections, NONE of which have been done. BLOCK +5 STILL does NOTHING. And your taking the ONLY reason to do the class and DESTROYING it. There were NO players asking for a T21 nerf and the devs are ignoring all the user requests and making up things to do instead of needed corrections. I really didn’t see ANY posts taking about bizarre problems and you going to rewrite all that code?

Guys GO and PLAY with a T21 for a bit, it’s NOT OVER POWERED AT ALL. EVEN with the armour 3 damage. It’s going to be POWERFULL, but NOT OVERY. It's CERTAINLY not out of line with PISTOLS, which CAN FIRE SPECIALS FOREVER with healing. You MAY want to move the certification higher in the skill tree, that MIGHT make some sense.
