I am a Human Rifleman and Swordman, actully i have :

900-400-400 900-400-400 800-500-700

i dont know if this is the best choice for use the specials shots of rifleman.

I must change any think?

I always ran 700/400/400 on Health and Action and 1100/600/600 (used to be the max for a human) on mind. Using a laser rifle at master level I would still use 113 mind for HS3 with those stats. I also won a lot of PvP with that build, though I couldn't take many hits before I needed a heal. Since you are swordsman on the side I'm sure this build will be no good for you.

If there was anything I'd want to switch with your build I think I would switch more stats to Focus. I'd take Focus over Willpower at master any day, since there is no time for the mind to regen during a fight anyway (though I do remember regen being useful at lower levels).
