Rifleman Archive

I have recently got rifleman 2004, the soldier tree doesnt seem to be that powerful to me or maybe Im doing something wrong. I only have enough skill points to get 2 trees and was wondering if Im doing the right thing by getting the sniper tree. I figured that me being commando the mind damage from range would make me a more all around character, but plz correct me if Im wrong. I also got the smuggler dirty fighting tree because it actually makes my launcher pistol usefull. If rifleman ever got a melee like they diserve I want to go master. Hopefuly the devs will give some love to rifleman in the future.

Box 3 in counter-sniping gives you your first AoE. My xp gains went up dramatically as soon as I got it. With you already having the speed bonuses I'd hit that next.

Hm, depends what you do most really.

If you want the ranged db (oh yea thats nice) for the pvp then Sniper. If you wan't to hit more than one target then you want Counter-Sniping 3 and Sniping 1.

Depends on your style.
