What would be the order of operations if i was a master rifleman/CM in a 1v1 fight

Ugh, another CM trying to find tactics. What, cant just throw a poison run away and then get the one shot to the head when they are down to one point? Or is it a Doc? Just keep shooting em in the head, the heals coupled with that and they wont last long.
