Thread: Master rifleman+ master marksman?

someone told me that its a good idea to get both master rifleman AND master marksman, just to get the +rifle speed you get with master marksman. the guy told me that to do the 1 shot/sec you NEED both mastered..or get a +5 speed tape.
this true? cuz if it isnt i will drop my master marksman

You need 97 rifle speed to cap right now. With Master Marksman and Rifleman you will have 95. You would need + 2 more to cap. The accuracy bonuses at master really help too. With a +10 accuracy while moving sea, and a +22 accuracy sea, combined with citrus snow cake, you will be as accurate as TKM's with Master Marksman.
