Hi,

I am rifles 0-0-0-4 (I got the combat experience from doing fencer) I have asked around on which rows i should go first and question that would help me grind rifleman the fastest. When each person replied i got a different response. Could someone help me out and answer the following questions:

1) In what order should i get skills. (for example the first row, second row, third row, etc.)

2) What gun should i use to grind?

3) what specials should i use to grind.?

and basic information that would help me get master rifleman ASAP!

Thanks

  1. Take the first box in the second tree, concealment 1. That will get you conceal shot, which will carry you up....

  2. The first tree, sniping. Go ALL THE WAY UP THAT. You need your accuracy. Thankfully, you already have your speed, at least all you're gonna have til master.

  3. Get 64 meters from your target, take cover, and blast away conceal shot. Do get musician buffs and brandy, or canape, or at least muon gold....or all of 'em!

  4. Conceal shot isn't mandatory, really, once you've got some accuracy. Go prone, at a distance, and open up. Chances are you'll get three good hits in before your target charges you. Usually, you'll have 'em dead in three headshot2's, if it's not a ridiculously powerful creature.

  5. Get a damage sliced T21. Speed is great, but until you're a master, I don't care what kind of speed slice you get, you're just not gonna be very fast. Best to do as much damage in that LONG time it takes you to cycle as you can.

  6. Dantooine and savage quenkers are your friends.

That's it.....enjoy, and I hope you make master soon!

First of Grind rifleman just crappy and ull learn nothing to do it id say

1. get a tank some friend with good kinetic comp and fencer tka or something a long those lines

2. get all the MFW buff u can find and dont have full comp on try and have as much mind free as possible with most protection (only really need boot gloves chestplate and helmet for complete protect)

3. get a good T21 or laser rifle (wait for counter sniping get a dxr-6b)

4. get the tank to run up hit the lair and u spam furry shot out till they r all but dead.

5. easy fast multiply kills

this should but i dont grind rifleman get you lvled very fast

root id pick counter sniping 2 for the dxr-6b then sniping 4 then the rest no real order

I reccomend using Ahrisa instead of Canape.Canape has a relatively short effect, and a long "downer" so to speak.Ahrisa boosts your focus by oddly 400 average, and you can take 3 at once, and lasts for 45 min. on average.

hmmmm I leveled fast by going 0-0-3-4 first and just using flurry and flushing shot alternating killing anything at major constant spawns such as fort tusken. I mastered rifleman in a little less then 3 days by doing this.

The fastest way I have found requires 003x. Once you get flushingshot2 you will have a fairly effective cone attack. Take your speed sliced T21 (seems to work best for me because I'm not a master) and go into the genosian bunker and take on the Merc room. You will need a good tank, TKM's work the best because they can "fix" the room by killing a merc when its got dizy/kd on it, and 2 will spawn instead of the 1 that was there previously. If you stand in the corner and use your AOE, you can pick up around 20-40k per spawn, and they spawn very quickly once the room has been "fixed." You will also get great loot and some decent cash. I picked up a Geno stun blaster schematic, and a dozen sword core schems, and reinforced core schems yesterday which I sold for over 2 million creds. Yellow and green Cubes also sell well. And, if by chance Aklay isn't camped, there is always the chance for some uber aklay bones to sell for real good money. If you can get a TKM who is also a master rifleman, you can probably master rifleman it in one night. I was there for a single buff period and went from 0133 to 3134, and we were moving from the fire spider to Aklay when he spawned.

As has been mentioned...get a T21, i personally prefer a speed sliced one with speed powerups...that offsets the speed enough to make it worth it IMO. Someone else already mentioned it as well...Brandy and Ahrisaare your friends,I can spam strafe 2 all day with a 100 mind cost T21. Double dose brandy and triple ahrisa and you're set.

For grinding rifleman, doctor buffs are a good thing. As far as what to hunt? I took perlek lairs on Lok with a droid parked in town for more exp. Couple hours and I was up to rifles 4 in marksman, by the time my buffs fell, I was novice rifleman. After that, I hunted gurks on Lok(I was able to go straight up to rifleman 0/0/0/3 because I had combat exp stored). Accuracy tree was first. I went 3/0/0/3, then 3/0/3/4, 4/0/3/4, 4/4/3/4, 4/4/4/4. Finding random snorbal/gurk lairs is a bonus because you can easily pull 50-60k exp from them.

Probably listen to him^^^

but heres my strategy anyways

make a macro: grind

/pointblankarea1

/pointblankarea1

/pointblankarea1

/pointblankarea1

/pointblankarea1

/pointblankarea1

/pause 5;

/macro grind;

now buy a dmg sliced SprayStick

pop a powerup on it (keep it p'up'd)

then go to Dantooine, get in a solo group, and get Quenker Missions (around 5.2k)

now target the lair and type /macro grind

go AFK, do whatever you want really. Im doing that as I'm typing this, lol.

Based on the fact that you already have an AoE attack from Rifle Abilities (FlurryShot2)here is what I would do.

  1. Go thru the Sniping tree first. This will increase your accuracy. Follow that by getting Concealment 1 (for ConcealShot), then going up the Counter-Sniping branch. Then go back and finish Concealment.

  2. Weapon : Get a T21 and get is sliced. You have pretty good speed right now so a damage slice or speed slice should be ok. Use powerups to boost it some more. Also have a Laser Rifle that you can use. It has lower HAM costs and a slightly better speed usually. Single targets the T21 will be great for HeadShots.

  3. If you have a tank pet or someone that will tank for you. Use FlurryShot2 for now. It's an AoE attack so you should be able to wipe out the MOB's fairly quick if you can keep them in the cone. For single MOB's I'd recommend using HeadShot and MindShot specials.
