it has to be a voluntary posture change. that's why when you use a flurry2 to dizzy then suppression1 fire to posture down, they don't fall over. its only when they try to stand up that they fall over.
if it worked like you thought, then the suppression fire would kd them instead of making them kneel.

You know, I wish that were the case. For some reason posture up doesn't cause a KD even if someone is dizzied and kneeling. If they get up on their own though, then they'll do the flop.
You're right though, depending on your skills. Warcry or panic shot, then your best 1 shot kd. Lunge2 from brawler is your best 1 shot chance at keeping them down so they can't throw poison and disease at you. Give them 1 second of not being able to attack or on their backs and they'll have you with no mind unless you're a doc. Even if you incap them first, they will incap you before you get to leave, or leave you with 1 mind, or even better just leave you witha pure black mind bar.
