Are you guys really getting a 3 second cap in the combat revamp? I was thinking about going rifleman and dropping fencer/sword and staying TKA/rifle but are there going to be any other big changes in the combat revamp for rifleman?

there will be (or *should* be) big changes for every profession. i strongly suggest not changeing profession until after the revamp.

My advice is to pick whatever is good now, and then a week before the revamp, grind out whatever you think will be good then.

Make it harder to level? Why on this green earth would they do that?

Because you will no longer need to level to become a Jedi. That is one reason they could. Though I haven't heard that they will make it harder to level.

I wouldnt speculate too much, nothing is official. Combat revamp is far away, go rifleman and enjoy .

Well, buffs and armor are being nerfed, and things wont be as easy to kill, So I guess it would be safe to assume that it will be harder to grind.

my advice to you is to max out combat xp, max out AP points, max out EVERY type of ranged and melee xp that you possibly can, then sit and wait like that for teh revamp because i am sure you will be changing professions if you like grinding and changing. do not change now or you'll be caught off guard without any points saved up and it will be a real pain.
