looted this off a something Bandit King tonight, wondering what it is and if it's any good, i'm thinking no...

Well it is a 'rifle barrel'...
But I think most of us don't know enough about WS to answer these kinds of things(though some do 
)
)Since I've looted these before, I can tell ya they are pretty useless(my WS told me, haha)

Useful to novice WS maybe or lower level ones. The Adv. rifle barrels that can be made by MWS are far better. The one you found is better then the ones that novice WS's can make.
