I am Novice Rifleman, I can get one of the first skills in the first three branches, which one out of 1-1-1-0 should I get?
Also what is a good set of stats, I got the default Human Marksman traits, and I am sure I need to migrate since I run out of mind all the time... What's a good way to make money and xp as a Novice?

I went up counter-sniping first to flushing shot II,then sniping IV, then just finished it out.

Took me two and a half days grinding after work, just mastered a few minutes ago
