As a novice Rifleman going my loooooong path to master Rifleman i spend most of my time reading this Forum for getting every tip and trick thats available.
What i dont undesrand is, that very often it's written like this:

"use HS1, then HS2 and then ..." or "use MS1, then MS2 and then ..."

Why not using the stronger HS2 or MS2 from the beginning, so using the stronger alternative 2 times ?
Or doesn't the same kind of attack work two times ?
This is confusing me for a long time, so an answer would be nice and getting me to my beloved MasterRifleman-Profession easier/faster.

P.S.: Any Rifleman on Gorath-Server could leave his name for me, so i could /tell you when i need to get teached ?

PP.S.: Are there any Rifleman like me on Gorath-Server, would like to go on hunt together for easier getting XPs in a group, shooting the same pool, having fun and discussing our different experiences ? (oh man, there are so few of us i think, so lets work together :-) )

This is the strategy I used to make Master. Others may have better ideas....

First shot:
-- Go prone at 60m with a T21 if you have it, else Laser.
-- FireMindshot 2. This is the strongest one.
-- IF IT MISSES, fire it again

Second shot:
-- If you are more concerned with getting XP, fire a Headshot.
-- If you are more concerned with killing the beast FASTER, fire Mindshot 1.
As you know, this will stack with Mindshot 2.
-- Whichever way you go, If you MISS, fire the SAME shot again.

Third shot:
Now at this point the MOB is probably very close to charging you. If he hasn't yet, then fire whatever shot you did NOT fire for the second shot... either HS or MS1.

Fourth Shot:
No matter whether or not the MOB is charging yet, fireWarning shot. It is best to get these going as early as possible since they often don't work right away. If the MOB is charging, then Suppression fire may also be worth firing. If Suppression shot sticks, then you have bought yourself another few seconds to re-take any shots that missed and then begin firing warning shots.

here's the skinny...

you Mindshot1; Mindshot2 and peace. You have 2 bleeds set that stack. If you MS2 twice, it's just the better one that gets counted. Now HS3-2-1 are simply direct damage. When your bleeds take, you start in with the HS and the mind just melts off. HS2 is most often used because HS3 tends to be waaaay to much ham cost for the damage you get.

Wazaaaap ! I Feel so happy :-D
Some minutes ago i just got my first Sniping-Skill (and so, MindShot2 with it).
Just tried the tips and advices you gave, and it's unbelievable for me.
I just tried out HeadShot2, MindShot2 then MindShot1 - really Great !!
The first time i do not have to be afraid of (Non-BAF / Non-Social) Creatures with about 5000 Mind. Even in the last 30 Minutes i made as much XPs as before in 6 Hours without this skills and knowledge (Hunting Mountain Worrts on Tatooine).

Thanks very much for this information :-)

Careful with this, once the bleed damage starts ticking, most mobs will re-aggro on you after you have peaced. Just an observation.

Schnokt is right.
As i user HS2 first for asuring to get the XPs, and then user MS2, it never takes more then 10 seconds (i guess until the first bleeding effect comes) till it's counted like the third shot and the Mob's gonna attack although hammering the Peace-Button.
The second thing is, that on some creatures the WarningShot doesn't seem to work (mostly on Mites or Creetles i rarely could get them to run away again).
I wonder if the Suppression-Fire works on Mobs, i tried it some times on creatures but was never successfull (either i didn't hit or i got the message that it didn't take effect).
